Vehicle owners must register through MPWT. Prepare the import-tax receipt, dealer letter, technical-inspection certificate and Cambodian identity or residence documents. Steps
1. Verify the seller, VIN, engine number and tax documents.
2. Prepare identity/residence, import-tax receipt, dealer or sale document and inspection certificate.
3. Apply through the MPWT vehicle-registration service and retain the receipt.
4. Check the registration card and plate details before collection.
Cost
